This place offered me some of the freshest fish I've eaten in any sushi restaurant in Europe, period. Excellent. The Wakame salad was also less sweet than normally seems to be the case, which I greatly appreciated. The one thing that could be improved is the Miso soup, which was light to the point of being inconsequential, from a Miso perspective, and had symbolic amounts of kombu and silken tofu in it.
